Newly arrived on the island of his family cottage from the lake, the college student Sara (Sara Paxton) and his friends prepare for a weekend of fun in the sun. But shortly after diving into the lake, soccer trips Malik (Sinqua walls) out of the water with a serious injury. To think Malik is the victim of a freak accident, the friends pile into a small speedboat and head of the hospital.
